While Scottsdale is a beautiful city, its infrastructure needs a tune up.
Lakes are leaking. Jails need to be expanded. We don’t have enough parks and sports field for our kids. Public safety needs a boost. Public spaces such as Civic Center Plaza and WestWorld need improvements. And our frequently used senior centers could be even better.
Our Mayor and City Council are together, unanimously approving a package of 58 projects across our city. And secondary property taxes will not increase if voters say yes to this package, according to the City Treasurer. That’s because a more expensive bond package approved in 2000 is being retired, and Scottsdale property values are up. Ballots are being mailed October 9th. Please join us in voting YES on Questions 1, 2 and 3. Scottsdale residents, please look for your ballot in the mail and return it before November 5th.
You can learn how it all works at www.TheBestScottsdale.com. See how people are coming together from across our city to keep Scottsdale special. Join our team as an endorser. And please remember to vote YES by November 5th for Questions 1, 2 and 3 because there is no question they will make for the best possible Scottsdale.
